The order was placed on 09/11/09. The credit card was charged immediately. Three emails were sent after three weeks, with no reply. I called after four weeks and got a brusque answer that the items were backordered. They arrived on 10/19/09. It had taken just over five weeks from the time my credit card was charged.

Have not recieved product or any information from vitaglo. I would not recommend there services. Dont know if the product is being shipped, order cancelled or what status the order is in

Order was placed on 10/27 and arrived on 11/16. Much slower than what the website states, it did not ship out on one/two or even three days and no tracking number was sent until I requested one. I did receive an apology via e-mail for the delay, once I brought it to their attention. When the order arrived, there were 7 items O/S. The prices and variety are unbeatable from Vitaglo, but it would be best if items that are O/S are listed as such when placed in the shopping cart. That is a major ...

I recently purchased a batch of vitamins from Vitaglo. I WAS a 'return' customer as I had been satisfied with their service. WAS! I ordered 2 5pound containers. Vitaglo decided to send a 10 pound bag. This sounds ok on the surface HOWEVER: because of the size of the bag and the product itself, a 10 pound bag simply is not reasonable for my uses (this stuff in the large quantity size will go bad once opened if not uses immediately--purchasing the 5 pound size was really pushing it as it was!) ...

Fast shipping with the best prices on products, period. Forgot to add a product to original order, placed a second order and had it added to the first with no problem at all..& shipping stayed the same, free. Great work.

I order from Vitaglo a few times a year, and am very happy with them! I always get my order in a timely fashion and the prices are competitive. Plus free shipping over $50! Love that too!

Ordered the merchandise over two weeks ago and they have still not shipped it. I contacted their sales department twice with no response. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company as they have charged my account for the merchandise.
