Product came with all the hardware missing. So after waiting weeks to get it now I wait a week or more again to get the hardware.

GREAT experience. I placed an order right before Christmas and the dartboard was delivered before Christmas. Quick shipping times. The customer service was excellent. I had a question and sent an e-mail and received a phone call within a couple of hours. Would definitely order from Electronic Dartboard again!

I must say the price for my dartboard was amazing, but I would have paid twice to actually receive the order in a timely manner. I placed my order on December 17th and it is now December 31st and still no dartboard. My questions sent via email went basically unanswered, and when they were answered it was as impersonal as could be. I would not order from this merchant again and would not recommend them to anyone I liked.

I thought it was a very good price on a unique product(Homer & Bart)-site was easy to use. I was disappointed that they did not have a gift wrap obtion. The shipping charge was terrible. Jerry

Billing was a little confusing and we lost contact somewhere along the line but it all got straightened out when they called and I was able to talk to them. It just got delivered today and Im happy with my purchase.
