I asked if I needed to make an appt, she said no, but we don\'t do makeovers. We could do half of the face, and you have to do the rest. Ok, thats fine, I could use the help. Well, then I asked about this Makeup Forever foundation, she says "we don\'t sell that here." I was like, well I was reading the internet about it and it said that they sell it at Sephora. My sister and I have been to this store several times and it seems like they pick and choose who they will greet at the door. Most of the time they give you a cold look - I think it\'s time for Sephora to overhaul their customer service people (nationwide). I hate this one. The service is terrible. Apparently, no one was available for help, despite seeing three employees standing at the door, talking. So I got over it, and picked out my stuff on my own. But I go to the counter, and no one is there. I wait paintently, and finally some guy asks me if I'm ready. So, no...I don't plan on shopping at this ...

The service is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes we spend too much time in the store! If you haven't already checked it out, then you should. It's worth it!

Their stores are even fun to walk into. You can move from brand to brand and try things on. And the sales people are always knowledgeable and helpful.
