Fair product selection, but prepare to be gouged on prices. Purchased a ring for $240 and later found it on another site for $160, a sizeable discrepancy, and they don't offer a price match guarantee. Would never shop at an establishment that does not stand by their products and pricing structure.

Do not expect fast reliable service! I bought from Ice.com before and did not expect the highest product quality at the price they offered, but was very upset with the delivery and customer service the last time I ordered the pink sapphire ring from them. I ordered this ring with overnight shipping. In five days they sent me the e-mail that it was on back order, although at the time of order it was available. They stated that the size was not in stock, but did not say when they could ship ...

NEVER buy anything from Ice.com! My fiance and I were looking at rings from them and picked one out. After he ordered it they didn\\'t have it in "stock", but 4 days later he got it in the mail. Everything seemed to be fine, smaller than expected but still pretty. However 2 months later I started noticing that the so called white gold was turning yellow! Thus starting the process of trying to return it, to no avail. So we took the ring to another jeweler to have it reset, and then found out that ...

I ordered a ring and got sent one a size too large. I returned the it and my company accidently got charged for the freight. I called Ice.com and they refused to fix the freight charge and after 3 weeks they still hadn't sent a replacement. It was in progress. I told them to cancel the order and the sales rep didn't even try to help out. I told him the service was terrible and he couldn't have cared less. So don't order anything from the Montreal office. NEVER!

I loved the idea of making monthly payments and not having to pay all at once. It was quick shipping and it came in a cute blue box, however when I opened the box I was very disappointed. The diamonds looked so fake and cloudy. I cleaned it thinking that that was the issue. Not at all. I called ICE customer service on Monday and asked them if they were suppose to be that way ...

Ice told me that I could go screw myself (but nicely.) Cheap, costume jewelry that I would not give to a streetwalker. Aviod this cheap crap.

While ice.com has a decent selection, the prices are outrageously high. It's much cheaper to find what you want, and then run a search for similar items on google. You can usually save yourself up to 70% off ice.com prices.

This store has beautiful merchandise but their customer service couldn't be worse. My boyfriend got me a ring from here for last Christmas and I didn't even have it a week and it broke. Dealing with customer service on the issue was a nightmare! In the end we just asked for our money back and went elsewhere. Beautiful jewlrey, terrible service!

I just found out about Ice.com about 2 months ago and was actually apprehensive about purchasing jewellery online. I bought a 17-inch white gold necklace and it was shipped to me the next day. It was beautiful and and more than what I was expecting. So I ordered more, a bracelet, pearl necklace, and just recently a pair of diamond threader earrings. I'm not a gemologist but I know a lot about diamonds. Ice.com's diamonds are the lower quality diamonds, which are usually the i1-i2 types, and ...
