    I ordered a pool heater part and had a tech install it. The part was broken. When I called A1 they referred me to the manufacturer. I told them the part arrived broken! They said it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Wow! Really?!!! I will... spend a buck more and use another place to buy my pool parts from now on.... just saying. Read more Less

    I called their 800# and got a knowledgeable customer service rep. I was please that the rep knew about the type of filter I was replacing. He recommended a couple of parts that would have prevented me from being able to complete the installation. If ...that weren’t all, I saved over $200.00 and got the filter the next day! Great job, I will be back for future orders. Read more Less
