    i shop often on target.com because i lovethe clearance shoes i order everything via paypal with my confirmed address the last package of many was returned due to ubdeliverable address which is incorrect i verified the address i no my address....04/03.../2013 3:11 P.M. Package returned to sender by local post office, undeliverable as addressed. Contact sender for further assistance. 04/03/2013 12:32 P.M. Local post office attempted delivery, package is undeliverable as addressed. Contact sender for further assistance. i contacted target reached a rep i could not understand sorry to sound ignorant but i couldnt and it frustrating but anyway she pretty much told me to wait for a refund and replace the order could have received more conctern from a hungry bear...i brought outfits to go with the shoes ill just rebuy the shoes and double pay since target gives me no other option Read more Less

    I will never order from target again. I wish I could boycott their stores, but it would hurt me more than them. I don't feel like writing out my entire experience because its been a full, frustration filled month for me and I still have no order and ...no refund. I hate them!!! Read more Less

    After finding some cds I wanted on Target online that were not available in stores I paid the $50.00 for them. I received someone else order for two 10.00 cds in a genre that I would never listen to. I called Target and was told I needed to return th...e items to the store nearest me to get a refund so I did. Only the store wouldn't process the refund because they do not sell them in store. I called back and was told not to worry they were sending the right cd's and since the value of the wrong items was under 50.00 I could keep them. I waited a few days and no CD's. I called back and was told that I had been misinformed I would need to return the wrong CD's which was fine, but that original order had to be paid for again before I would receive the items. So $50.00 for 2 cd's and 5 day shipping plus 50.00 for 2 cd's and 5 day shipping and so far I have wasted 3 hours talking to customer service, driving to Target to stand in line and shipping back the wrong CD's and I haven't received the right CD's or my money back for the first order. I always thought Target was better than the other discount stores but at least they stand behind their products and offer a no hassle replacement or refund. i will not shop at Target in the future and it is obvious that they could care less about customer retention.     After sending the wrong item Target treated me like it was my fault. They expected me to do all the work to return the item. They refused to send the correct item, insisting that I would have to repurchase it if I wanted it.

    Save yourself the headache and order from ANYONE else. Target routinely sends the wrong items and when you let them know, they do nothing to correct their mistake. Their policy requires you to ship the wrong items back in packaging that you pay for a...nd only after they process the return do you get your money back. If you want the right items you have to place a new order. So if you need an item and Target is the only one who has it order it weeks early to account for the inevitable mistakes, be prepared to pay twice and hope they don't make a mistake when processing the return or you will never see your money.     I ordered 20 bath and body gift sets from Target.com and I received them busted and leaking all over the shipping box minus the packing slip. 53lbs of goo! I called customer service and was told that I would have to return this sticky mess back to a ...target store so a team member could inspect the items. This stuff was poorly packed. Some of the items were upright others were upside down. It doesn't take a very intelligent person to realize that when liquid items are upside down thay will leak. (they have a flip top cap) I will no longer buy anything from Target. Read more Less

    Hicksville Pharmacy Dept

    I have tried to be so patient with them, but it seems like the pharmacy dept at Hicksville, NY location has "0" customer service etiquettes. A child was having a seizure in the store once and i called them to help and they didn't even blink, I was in... shock...thank GOD my insurance comp didn't renew their contract with them, now I'm happy at CVS Read more Less

    Shipping address was wrong due to Target.com’s error. On Monday, CS rep in MN said he would fix it, but didn’t. Today CS rep was VERY rude. Everything I was told the day before was wrong and address can’t be changed even though it was their err...or. He said Target is big box retailer, so it doesn’t matter if they were wrong, they will not fix the error. Not even UPS can reroute the package due to contract with Target. Target.com is a joke. I will be shopping extensively at AMAZON.COM and never at Target.com. Read more Less

    EXPECT LESS SHOULD BE TARGET'S NEW SLOGAN! Just finished returning an item with a receipt showing what I had paid for the item; however, Target due to their policy gave me back about $3.00 LESS THAN MY RECEIPT SHOWED and could/would ONLY PUT ON A GIF...T CARD. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Furthermore as I was describing what had happened to me to a stranger at Lowe's another person chimed in on what had happened to them...even worse than what happened to me!!
