    returns nightmare

    The shoes did not fit and I have been trying to return for over a month. They keep saying they will send me a return label via mail and they do not. Now my mom is in the hospital and I do not have the energy to keep begging them to do what is right. ...I will never purchase again and will continue to go to zappos. Zappos always does what they say without hassles. They may be a few dollars more but they are worth it! Read more Less

    Dont buy from shoebuy

    Bought a pair of shoes in December. They didnt fit and have been trying to return them ever since. Have called shoebuy at least 8 times to have a return shipping label sent to me. Still do not have one. Everytime they say it is in the mail and that a... supervisor will be notified. They have wasted alot of my time. I will not buy another item from shoebuy.     Here is my story... Got a great deal on shoes, really excited. Then I kept waiting for my order to be delivered. Waiting and waiting for weeks!!!! Emailed customer service "where is my order"... waited 3 days and no response to my email... Emailed AG...AIN... "where is my order"... no response... I then called them and waited 40 minutes to speak to someone... Then I was told my order was canceled and they "thought" an email was sent. When I asked why they said the item was out of stock... WELL WHY TELL ME I HAVE AN ORDER IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK!!! THIS IS 2013 FOLKS!!! Read more Less

    Their customer service rep misinformed me about returning a pair of shoes. After returning and buying a new pair, they would not allow the return and would not credit the original purchase. Buy at your own risk!

    BUYER BEWARE! Ridiculous discussion with customer service regarding shoes which were Not True To Size and could not be worn and returned to Shoebuy by us- who in turn sent them back to us, saying they were unsaleable, WORN and dirty??? although size ...stickers and all else was intact.     Be careful about "free return shipping"

    Shoebuy.com clearly advertises "free return shipping." They do offer free return shipping, but only ONE free return label per order. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. They arrived at 4 different times in 4 different boxes. The last pair just arrived today.... I had already returned 2 pairs a week ago, so they wanted me to pay for the return shipping. After talking to a supervisor they allowed a one time exception to this rule and are supposed to send me a label to return these shoes. Beware if you intend to return you must wait and return everything together. Read more Less

    This is a third party site that seems to care less about the customers. Processing a return is nearly impossible. I have had to contact customer service 6 times regarding a return. They actually responded only twice; the first time they basically sai...d "thanks for shopping" and didn't even address any issue and the second has not resolved anything as yet (8 days after response).I would definitely NOT use them again, nor recommend them to others.     Shipment never recieved almost a mth

    "This is one of the worst places for reliability on recieving what is ordered. 2 pairs of shoes were ordered on cyber Monday. One as a Christmas Gift. The problems began a week after. 1. There were extra charges on my credit card, shoebuy said it was... an error in the system and it would clear. Shipping would take a little longer since they go through other wareshouses. 2. December 10 I recieve a confirmation of shipment of one item and they cancelled my other (the gift). 3. I scrambled to find another retailer for the same gift, found it cheaper and was sent within 3 days. 4. December 17 still hadn't recieved the product. Shoebuy said that it would take up to 8 days to track. Called my credit card and put a dispute on it. 5. 24 December the shipment or followup still has not been recieved from shoebuy. Spoke with a Ronald and Stephanie in the two calls with shoebuy." Read more Less

    Very bad shopping experience

    On November 26, 2012 during Cyber Monday sale I have purchased a pair of slippers for $27.99+tax (39.99 with a discount of 30%). On Nov 27 I got a shipment confirmation and my credit card was charged. For days I was checking UPS tracking but no infor...mation except "Shipping label was created" ever appeared. I called ShoeBuy on Nov 30, Dec 3 and Dec 7, every time getting response that they are going to look at the problem. Nobody ever contacted me with the update, and during Dec 7 call I was told that manager definitely is going to call me before the end of the day. Instead I got an order cancellation email with an offer of 25% (not even 30 %!) off on my next purchase within next 30 days. Amazingly TOTALLY IDENTICAL slippers in my size and color were still available on the website with a price tag of $49.95. After sending another email to Shoebuy and calling them again asking to send me identical item in stock, I was told that they cannot honor $27.99 price I have paid and their courtesy after my many complaints can be extended only to 30% off but no price adjustment for the item, resulting in $34.95 price. At ShoeBuy.com they did not ever have an idea that they charged customer but never shipped anything, and they did not try to follow up until I called 3 times. I will definitely shop elsewhere next time and advice you to do the same. Read more Less

    Wish I had read these reviews before making purchase. Bought 4 pairs of shoes 2 seeks ago. Site still shows my order as in process. I emailed customer services twice but no response. Funny how they are quick to charge customers but slow at delivering.... Will never ever order from shoe buy again - I prefer spending a few more bucks with a company like Amazon. Read more Less
