    I ordered $200.00 worth of items off this site for Mothers day. I was told if I ordered before 3:00 I would have a guarantee delivery before mothers day. I finally got what I ordered (late) after mothers day. When I opened my package all of the neckl...aces were small enough for children. Now I have to spend more money on new chains and all of my gifts are already late. I called customer service and I was told there was not anything they could do!!     I ordered a (cheaply made)necklace and it arrived broken. I sent it back and have a tracking number that it arrived over a month ago. I keep emailing and talking to customer service. At first they said everything would be taken care of within 5-10 da...ys. then 15. They have now stopped responding to emails and customer service chats.     I just purchased a custom birthstone necklace for my mom for mother's day. It arrived 3 days after I ordered it, pretty impressive for a custom item! I've shopped around and other sites take several weeks to ship birthstone items. It was easy to cust...omize my necklace and it is beautiful. I can't wait to give it to mom! A++ !     BEWARE: proceed with caution when ordering from this company they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don't stand behind their product and if you do not receive your package you are left between arguing with the carrier and ...this company.     I am absolutely in love with Eve's Addiction. I don't usually take the time to do these reviews, but I just felt like I had to after multiple successful purchases. I got all of my bridesmaids gifts here (pearl necklaces, earrings and bracelet set) fo...r an incredible price. All my girls loved them! I have bought a couple of jewelry pieces for myself - an infinity ring and a white watch for the summer. And now, I have ordered a photo engraved pendant for my mom for Mother's Day and I can't wait to get it! I'm sure it's going to be incredible!     terrible quality of item - item arrived broken and did not look like the perfect item on the website. poor craftsmanship and poor customer service. i think any good reviews on this website must be fake and posted by their own staff. on their own webs...ite they only post good reviews so don't bother reviewing them through their website if you have anything negative to say - wont post anything below 4 and a half stars. not a company i would ever do business with again! they are not ones to care about retaining customers like many other companies i have done transactions with Read more Less

    Horrible customer service is an understatement. The items are CHEAP fake looking and just aweful. The customer care is the meanest bunch of #$%$. You will regret ordering from these people TRUST ME save your money go elsewhere! They will charge you f...or shipping and God forbid you have to return their aweful products you will pay for the shipping PLUS they will not give you FULL refund, they'll take more money out of your order.
