    I remember when Zappos was absolutely awesome. They added shoes daily, they delivered the next day, they prices where fantastic, customer service one on one, not typical "pick-the-answer-from-scr
    ipt". I think they are on a downhill spiral right now. ...They got expensive, customer service questionable, I find shoes on other sites before they arrive to Zappos. I find myself using them as a research tool and buy shoes not as frequently. Too bad, used to be a great company. Read more Less

    Twice now, I have tried to order on Zappos. I previously had ordered, but could not log into my account. Took 3 hours to get an e-mail to change my password, but that didn't work. On-line customer service said operations were working perfectly. Appar...ently not. I was advised that AGAIN I would have to call in my order ... What a waste of time.     I just wanted to let you all know how great everyone at Zappos is! I ordered a pair of Dr. Martins late Thursday night, got them in on Monday and they didn't fit. On a whim I called them to see if there was anyway to get the replacement pair in the r...ight size and a similar style any sooner. (I have a trip planned and I would really like to wear them during it.) I spoke with Tabitha and let her know my situation. She took a few moments to move some stuff around and she said I should have my new boots by Wednesday. She was awesome and she wished me a good time on my trip. This is by far the some of the best service I've ever had online and in person. Most of my online orders are from Zappos but I have to say I will be ordering exclusively from Zappos from now on. I will be writing in all my future purchase reviews about how great they are and telling my friends. Keep up the great work! Read more Less

    Zappos sent me a pair of Hushpuppy shoes that were too small. it was a different style of this brand than I'd been buying, but I believe the size was a smaller size too -- there was no size on the shoe or on the box! I called Zappos and was told that... there had to be a size on the shoe or box. I tried to wear the shoes anyway, but gave up. I was put on hold and had to hang up and try again. I was then told I would have to pay for the shipping costs and that the return might not be accepted. I would never order from this company again, and can hardly believe they actually get all of the good ratings I see. Read more Less

    I called to cancel my order right after I placed it and they were closed. Yet they claim to be 24/7? They ship out on Sundays too. Also, if you order something, you must have a printer to print the label or it takes 2 weeks to receive a return label.... How inconvenient is that? Send return labels and pick up your phones. Dont' leave the customers hanging, we are the reasons you have jobs. Never shopping at zappos again! Read more Less

    I used to give zappos a sterling 5 star review. But now that they have updated their site making it incompatible for safari users I see once again another great company with actual customer service go down the drain. I tried to place an order on July... 20 now it's Aug. 4 and only now after several communications have they responded. Of course their response was NOT to tell me the problem instead they tried to blame it on me. Not so they ruined their own web site and seem oblivious to it and their customers.     I tried Zappos for the first time. I ordered 2 pair of Nike golf shorts with a 35 waist which you can't find in most stores. I ordered on Tuesday morning and the order was delivered Wednesday morning FREE! I will order again from Zappos!
