    Placed order on 12/7 for an item to be used for Christmas decorations for entertaining assuming surely it would have arrived in time for a party being given on 12/19. Item arrived on 12/15 but was broken and should have been obvious to the packer th...at it was broken (one piece totally missing a part, not in the box, just missing). Called customer service and was assured that a replacement would be shipped for overnight delivery to arrive on 12/17. On 12/16 shipped the broken item back. On 12/18, called customer service and was told that it was not shipped overnight delivery but 3-day delivery and would arrive no later than 12/19. As of 6:00 p.m., 12/19, it has not arrived.     I've never bought clothes from them. The clothing is a bit expensive for me and I try on everything, so I haven't ordered any shirts or pants. But I bought a Battenkill attache from them. It arrived and really impressed me. When the Battenkill family... size Rollacase went on sale, I hesitantly bought it not really needing a new suitcase. When it arrived, I was blown away by the quality and features. The old suitecase is going to the thrift store. And it's distinctive - I'll be able to find it easily at the luggage carousel.
