    WELL, THE ID TAGS,THEIR ENGRAVING+THE YELLOW LEATHER BOX WERE PERFECT BUT ON THE OTHER HAND THE BEAUTIFUL ID BRACELETTE DID NOT COME IN THE LEATHER BOX IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND THE ENGRAVING IS ALMOST INVISIBLE.SO THAT WAS QUITE A DISSAPPOINTMENT..................... Read more Less

    Superior service and shipping. I was suppose to get my order in 7 business days to 10.I received it in four.Customer service is superior and they were the cheapest after spending a week online looking.I received a 400 guage id bracelet . The font on... the engraving was too small. Have it engraved some where else.And I did read a review that one guys bracelet was already tarnishing. I will wait and see. Read more Less

    I was desperate and needed something nice for my fiance for Valentines Day - and I had a week to order it, get it engraved, both the front and back side and have it mailed to me in time for Valentines Day. WELL, THANK YOU, SHIMMER & STONE - You amazi...ngly came through. Within just 2 days of placing the order, I received notification that my treasure was on its way to me. And to my great delight, how beautiful it was, and beautifully engraved on the front and back to my specifications....and thanks to you - what a Valentines Evening we had - He said he had never had anything as elegant as this, engraved with his name on it - He loved it. He asked me to put it on his wrist AND HE HASNT TAKEN IT OFF SINCE. I found you online and what a great time to be living !!!     I was disappointed in the item. The cross was beautiful but the chain was tiny gauge for the cost. I paid addl money for gift wrapping. All I got was a white ribbon tied around the box.     Store was difficult to shop on. Took forever had to try several times. Item was not as described, poorly made and just crappy! I canceled the engraving but was charged for it anyway! Customer service via email was poor and very slow, did not resp...ond to my questions. I returned the item! And am still waiting for my refund. I would not recommend shopping with this retailer.     I was a bit leary of purchasing a piece of jewlery over the internet, especially a gift that was to be engraved. The price was my only concern. I didnt want to spend too much for a gift I never laid eyes upon. But upon delivery, it far exceeded my ex...pectations. The cuff is absolutely amazing!! The engraving is right on!     The engraving was excellent. It arrived in a matter of just a couple of days, less than a week. Very pleased with this company and the silver cross is just lovely. Thank You!!!!!!!
