    The Dog Tag was better than expected the customers service was great had a issue with the shipping.But customers service was quick and concerened about my dog tag. I don't know how anyone can give this company a bad review. Butthe shipping was my own... fault i should of sent it ups because the us postal service is the the worst. I cant wait to order again.     I ordered a 14k gold monogrammed pendant for my daughter for her 21st b-day. After searching local jewelry stores and online, I found what I was looking for with a fast turnaround and a better price.     The photos showing the product and text describing the product are not accurate for what was received.Photos of the product I ordered show a silver rectangular clasp on the necklace which turned out to be a round bead which is a different color and d...ifferent metal from the rest of the necklace so it doesn't match. It looks cheap, like they ran out of the correct matching part and used something else that was laying around.The textured leather flip-top case turned out to be a velvet box. Not as nice or expensive feeling as I thought it would be.When I called customer service said they haven't updated the website to show or describe the latest changes to the product.Buyer beware.     I brough a sterling silver for 140 and it really was really bad only wore it 3 times and it turn black wtf
