    Terrible!!!!! DON'T USE FTD

    Ordered two flower arrangements for Mothers Day. 1st arrangement showed up like they were just thrown in the vase with no arrangement. 2nd order showed up 2 DAYS after Mothers Day!! I followed up with an email and they want to give $10 off $130 order.... I have told them I want a full refund and sent them 5 emails and they return nothing. STAY AWAY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!     I should have read the reviews before ordering from here but since i had a groupon coupon i did it because the money i was saving. This was the worst experience i had and next time i will just pay the extra money. First of all my flowers were never d...elivered on the day they we supposed to be delievered and i order weeks in advance. I called the customer service number and choose the delievery option. The women told me she apologizes and they will be shipped the next day for no extra fee but she could not tell me why they did not deliver them. I had a horrible feeling so i called back and spoke to a customer service representative. They informed me that my order was cancelled weeks ago. WAIT!! so no one sent me any kind of notice that my order was cancelled and no refund to my card? then on top of that who ever i spoke to in the delivery department told me they would be delievered the following day but really my order was cancelled. I had called a couple days after making the order to change my message that must have been when they cancelled it instead. I sat on the phone for over an hour tryin to strighten all of this out. They made me think they were giving my mom different and bette flowers for all my trouble and i repeated over 3 times what i wanted the message to say. After it was all said and done i asked for an email confermation. The next day i looked at the email confirmation and it still had the same flowers i ordered the first time and wrong message. once again i called and they said there was nothing they could do about changing the message. I was very upset at this point and very dissatisfied. They mislead me and many different ways and the wrng message was sent to my mother on mothers day for her gift that i payed for.     Their arrangements never look like pictured. In fact the florists never even have the correct supplies to come close. This past Mothers Day I made the mistake of once again ordering the Deep Emotions Bouquet - Premium. Instead of the bright pink and ...peach roses, spray roses, berries & lily grass the mess that was delivered was pale pink roses with One Dozen Carnations. They used the excuse that they "substituted". When I went to call the actual "florist" that put the arrangement together I found out it was Stop & Shop - a supermarket! Never Again. Stay Away.     FTD the failure of a company that still advances.

    Order places ONE MONTH EARLY as I have heard enough of the horror stories about using online florist sites. I of course thought by being that far ahead would make a difference and should have known better. After the worst customer service, no confirm...ation after requesting a secondary delivery date, and basically being lied to for 5 minutes (call length was 40 minutes = 30 minutes on hold and other 5 minutes of talk time was confirming the order information). After end of today (secondary delivery day) I still get no response and no flowers for my fiancé, I call back and make the right choice and cancel the order that probably would never have come or would have been a complete disaster. All I can say is that the lessoned has been learned and will never make this failure of a choice again. I hope you all can find a local florist as well for whatever location you are needing the flowers and take my advice and go with that choice. I give this company the lowest score possible considering their failure of a tracking system, communication is basically zero between ftd and which ever local florist they are working with to complete your order, and customer service was a joke. If I provided the same level of service in my current job, I would have been fired. Read more Less

    Flowers ordered Wednesday for Friday delivery - plenty of buffer for Mother's Day right? Guess again! Never delivered. I'm going back to cards - the USPS is WAY more reliable.

    Ordered on Thursday for Friday delivery. Friday evening I get an e-mail saying the flowers won't be delivered until Monday. Delivering flowers on time is what this company is supposed to do.     HORRIBLE! Lied to me repeatedly, ruined Mothers Day!!

    I ordered flowers on 5/8/13 for Mother's Day, they were supposed to be delivered the next day, 5/9/13. The next day I received an email from FTD notifying me that "the florist was unable to complete the order" advising me to contact FTD and choose so...mething else. I called them and picked a different similarly priced arrangement. The representative supposedly called the florist and confirmed the order. I was told it would be delivered the same day. That night I called to get a delivery confirmation, and was told they would be delivered on Friday, not Thursday. I was fine with that. The rep called the florist and confirmed AGAIN that everything was ok. This afternoon I received that same email again, telling me that the order couldn't be filled. I was (and still am) furious. I called FTD and asked for a supervisor, and was put on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. I called back, again asking for a supervisor and again being put on hold for at least 30 min before hanging up. I placed a total of 8 calls to them- every call more frustrating than the last. I called again and just asked for a refund, since they clearly can't be trusted as a reliable option. I was told they will refund my money (though I wouldn't be surprised if it never came through). My issue is not about the refund specifically- it's how HORRIBLY they handled the situation. One of the many broken English-speaking reps told me "Ma'am, you have to realize it is Mother's Day, the florists are really busy". Um, yes I realize that.. which is why I placed my order on WEDNESDAY! I'm sorry that they are so busy- does that mean my gift to my mother should be RUINED? They should have told me up-front that the item I ordered isn't available in my area.. rather than LYING to me over & over again, telling me everything is fine. Now I am stuck not knowing where to get flowers for my mom. Had I known FTD wouldn't come through, I wouldn't have wasted my time- I would have gone through a more reliable company. All I wanted was to speak with a supervisor and file a formal complaint.. but they don't seem to care, or want to listen to me. I want them to know the effect their actions & bad customer service has on people. My mother has spent the majority of the year in the hospital.. I was counting on these beautiful flowers to add a little sunshine to her day. Now I have NOTHING to give to her and will probably have to get her some small bouquet from a grocery store- all because FTD completely WASTED MY TIME, stringing me along by telling me everything was OK when it clearly was NOT. I understand they can't guarantee what the florists have in stock- but they should have made some effort to satisfy me. Either by calling around other florists, or by offering a similar arrangement that the florist could truly guarantee.. but they did nothing. Nothing at all.     Ordered mother's day flowers. 1st arrangement was apparently dropped and shoved back in the vase... looked awful. I called and a new arrangement was sent a few hours later the was the poorest quality flowers I have ever seen. Browning, broken and ver...y few for 90.00. Could have gotten a nicer arrangement for 10.00 at publix. was sad that's what mom got!! went and bought her new ones!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Read more Less

    After being lured into purchasing a Groupon for this company by the great “$20 for $40” deal, I regret my decision immensely. While flowers are always expensive, this company has a $15 service fee for all orders which makes any order pricey. I ha...ve learned my lesson and will be sticking with my local florists from now on. Read more Less
