    We made an order at 1pm yesterday, choosing next day air shipping. By 10am this morning, I was notified that our order simply never shipped at all yesterday afternoon. The sales manager was not willing to refund the next day air premium shipping pric...e that we paid, so I simply asked for a refund! What a bummer to be let down when you're in a pinch!     My goto place for Projectors. The staff is most helpful. Delivery is as good as it gets and they manage to get those large Daylite drop down screens to me in one piece.

    Great product and service, marred by poor shipping experience. I paid extra for "2-day air" shipping to get my item by a particular deadline. I foolishly assumed the product would ship the day following the order -- but this turned out not to be ...the case. A bad assumption on my part, I guess. "2-day air" shipping turned out to be a 3rd-rate freight hauler (not UPS, FedEx, or USPS), and took much longer than 2 days due to "external factors." I also had to e-mail Focused Technology several times for a tracking number just to figure out where my stuff was. Despite that, I recomend the company. Good shopping experience, prompt and courteous customer service, item was well packaged, and the product was exactly as described. They just need to better manage customer expectations about shipping. Read more Less

    Sales Representative called me to confirm I placed the order, and to confirm that the SHIP TO ADDRESS, which was different from the BILLING ADDRESS, was correct. This was comforting to know for Identity Theft reasons. Very pleased.

    Excellent merchant, fair prices and free shipping on my order. My only mild complaint, if it can be considered a complaint, is that the shipping tracking number never showed up on my order page. I was expecting the item to be sent by "mule train" sin...ce it was free shipping but the item got here so fast I guess they never had time to enter it. Could also be that it was drop shipped from the manufacturer? Anyways, the item works perfectly for my application and I couldn't be happier with the purchase and how fast it got here!     very easy site to navigate - no problems with the transaction at all. communication was appropriate and it arrived quickly and well packaged. I'd buy from them again.
