    tent fell apart with second use. Walmart refused refund even with receipt and made us call really horrible manufacturer who was rude and called us a liar. Would have preferred walmart back their products.

    Ordered shipment to store. Box look like it fell off of a truck an (open and taped in several spots). Took 3 days for my credit card to be credited with my refund. Re-ordered to pick one up 40 miles from where I live. Find out that they are no longer... in stock. Refund pending another 3 days. Read more Less

    i got the graco carina travel system and i loved the colors and the butterflys .The carseat straps keep getting lose which,the stroller is hard to close and the grip already ripped iv used the stroller maybe 4 times ,Graco is too expensive and the qu...ality is cheap .i would never buy graco travel systems again Read more Less

    I bought 2 for both of my kids Christmas and wish I would have never gave it to them, 1st reason I bought it because it said the seat height was 11 in. and no it is only 7 in. then the cheap plastic pieces that you manually have to screw on the botto...m of the chair to make them rock are not only cheap but unsafe, my kids slide all over the floor when they rock and also have fallen back several times when they went to sit in the chair. online it says Deluxe, well there is nothing Deluxe about them. And the material feels like panty hose so I'm just waiting for the chair to start snagging everywhere. Not worth the $60! Read more Less

    HATED IT!!This grill will it ONLY will heat to 450 degrees. The gage goes to 650. and it takes FOREVER to heat up. I bought it online at walmart.com. I sent an email asking for just a heating element, (like I reakky want to load it up and return it w...hen clearly it is a deffective heating element). Walmart never responded.     The Dogloo KD is a total piece of CRAP. I raise Chocolate Labs. We have Igloo style Dog Houses that are 25 years old and still going. This one lasted less than 6 months and fell apart. I purchased it at Walmart in Gloucester, Virginia. Even with my r...eceipt the store refused to refund my money.     Bullit II 20" Hardside spinner carry-on luggage

    The bag itself is GREAT but my experience has been unbelievable. I spent ages deciding which luggage to buy and decided on the carry on Bullit II since it was the lightest I could find on line. When it arrived it was labelled "Melbourne" 20" which I ...had almost bought as a set of THREE cases. I bought it through ShopAmex and therefore both companies were "third party" so none could tell me why the specs for the Bullit II differed from those of the carry on in the Melbourne set and if I'd received the wrong bag. Even ShopAmex went as far as to say not to mention them when discussing my returning the bag as WalMart would take no responsibility. I called the distributing company on the label, Fox Luggage Inc, directly and they told me that it was, in fact, the carry on from the "Melbourne" collection ....just sold separately but could not be responsible for the way another company advertised it on line. The "Melbourne" specs are 20"x14"x9"and weighs 6.85lbs. The Bullit II is apparently 20"x13"x9" and is supposed to weigh 5lbs. That's why I chose it. This is despicable.     I've had nothing but trouble with Philips dual automobile DVD players. The first one I bought ran fine for a year so when one of the screens burned out I bought another (June 2011). It lasted about a week and then a screen dropped out. I exchanged it... for another and within a week the who system failed. I got my money back but that doesn't make up for my time and the frustration of having the device fail in the midst of a trip with two grandchildren. Read more Less

    I've used Walmart frequently for their ship to store and home delivery options. Very convenient and it has always been satisfactory. It is a good way if you have someone you buy for who lives out of the state. They just go pick up the item and shippi...ng is free. Will continue to use them. Read more Less
