    BE AWARE! Walmart.com is NOT secure shopping. My account information was hacked and I was charged for items I did not purchase (TMobile cards and Dora the Explorer toys). Immediately called Walmart and was assured that the order had not been shipped ...and that they could cancel it. They did not, and I was in fact billed. I called Walmart a second time , spoke to Samarah, she refused to refund the money, she told me there was no way to contact billing directly and that there wasn't a supervisor above her that I could speak to. She suggested I dispute the charges with my credit card company. Walmart also suggests you manually remove your billing information after every order as it is automatically saved and they are not responsible for making sure it is secure. My credit card company said this is very common with Walmart.com accounts and that it historically takes about 6 months for Walmart to eventually issue the credit. Read more Less

    Walmart is my favorite place to shop. What I like most is that if you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return it with no questions asked. Also, the prices are the lowest anywhere. Whenever I ordered something it usually came ahead of sched...ule. Can't complain. Read more Less

    Ordered One Thing, Got Another

    Ordered a dollhouse online and received a marble maze...the invoice said dollhouse, so not sure what went wrong there. Bottom line, I've reordered the dollhouse from another merchant and it will be late for my daughter's birthday. Thanks, Walmart!

    Never had a problem with my on line purchases at Walmart. Sometimes the delivery has taken too long but you always have the chance to return it to the nearest store without harass and get a full refund.

    Prices are ok mostly, and the selection depends on the store. I dont find much you could call customer service, a guy says "Hi" when you come in and gives you a wet and dirty shoppping cart, that who knows how may other nose pickers have been in that... day alone. Associates are of little help, not sure most of them are really that educated anyway. For a huge stack it deep sell it cheap store, its a "So So" at best. I always feel I need to take a shower after I shop there. Read more Less

    Walmart is alright. I do like their prices, and I do take the time to say hello to the greeters and/or receipt checker who are stationed near the entrance and exit doors; most are challenged to some degree, but I admire their effort. In regard to the... "Chinese" implication, protectionism gets you no where. Lowering the corperate tax rate on all American business is the answer. and the only answer. sPosts indicating that Asia, is the problem is shallow thinking, not to mention ignorant. Read more Less

    I ordered a blender on walmart.com. Like most people, I detest going to Walmart. But, the blender was substantially less on their website than Amazon. I didn't request same day pickup. I did, however, wish to avoid shipping charges. The website had a...n error, the blender wasn't in stock at the Walmart I selected. So, instead of calling or e-mailing, Walmart cancels my order. And when I e-mailed to let them know that I considered that worse than the normally bad customer service one encounters at Walmart, I received a response that told me to reorder the blender from somewhere else! I know they think because they're huge they can treat people however they want. I also know that I'll pay the extra $5 and get it from someone I trust with proven customer service skills.     i will be honest - i dont like going to walmart. its always busy, everything is messy and disorganized and the checkout lines are really long at any time of day. i wanted a new media player for my spare tv and walmart had them advertised lower cost t...han anyone else in town. a staff member went the extra mile for me and took the time to find what i wanted in the stockroom! still a long line to pay for it, but the service was top notch. not too shabby.     Worst Auto & Tire Shop

    My boyfriend's friend got his tire slashed. He needed to replaced one tire. We went to two different auto dealers, but since it was Sat. they closed before 1 pm. So we went to Wal-mart. The lady told us it would be 15 to 20 mins. I wish! It took over... an hour to get ONE tire and to make the story even better they had finished getting four tires to two other cars that came after us. Needless to say the guy who was working on the tire didn't know what he was doing at all. This has been my second time at the Wal-mart Auto shop and it ended the same way with a bad experience. The worst part is the guy ended up scratching up the rim for the tire. However, they didn't care at all. He had to pay for a tire that was in worst condition then when we brought it.
