    Seriously, all the 5 star reviews in here are from friends or workers from the website themselves. They were rude on the phone when I asked them about my order that was on hold. They gave me the wrong tracking number. They hung up the phone on my fac...e when I asked to cancel my other order. I am waiting for the merchandise to get here but I just wish I had read all this reviews before I got into business with them. Their Website needs to go down. They are just awful! Stay alway!!!     Ok the warnings signs are clearly visible in the reviews.. I thought I would try "moda queen" and grab myself a bargain.. A bargain I got but also they were fake. I ordered a Prada bag and wallet and when I received them I could tell they weren't rea...l by the stitching and gold hardware. So I then went to a Prada store and they confirmed they were fake. The style didn't exist, the authenticity cards were fake, leather was wrong. Don't buy of moda queen if you want the real deal!, What also annoys me is that I have to pay for return shipping!!     My wife ordered a purse and wallet from this company. They delivered to wrong address then were rude when they discovered "thier mistake". They sent the purse and failed to tell us the handbag was on back order who knows if we can even get it. I will... never do business with this company again I recommend that whomever reads this takes thier business elsewhere. Thos company has failed on several levels with my wife and I and I'm sure they are looking forward to failing with your order too Read more Less

    I just purchased a Prada Wallet for my fiyance from their site. I was hesitant in the beginning after reading the reviews here, but i placed the order since nobody could match their price. My fiance loved the gift and we even took it to a store to ve...rify its authenticity since I always like to know what I get. It turned out that the wallet was 100% authentic and this is what made me write this review. I don't understand why people would be giving them all these bad reviews here.     After reading a few reviews about fake bags, I was apprehensive about exactly what I had ordered. My handbag arrived quickly,in good condition and apart from some slight tarnishing on the hardware it was an extremely nice bag. I took it into a Prada ...shop and while discussing other bags on display, the sales assistant commented on the deer skin on my bag. I think if it isn`t authentic, its still very very nice.I would purchase another bag from them. Read more Less

    I brought a Prada Bag. Decided to send it back because it wasn't to my liking. I called and left a voicemail but no called back but got a return email from Moda Queen to process the return. I spent a fortune shipping it back with Fedex and it came ba...ck to me as "Business Closed". I called them again only to get voicemail again. Its high end quality fake hand bag. With the amount of money I spent buying it and shipping it back for a return I could of got a real one at the store. Its not worth the headache. Read more Less

    I bought two Messenger bags for my daughter over the last few years, thinking they were genuine. She even said to me she doubted they were real. I told her they were for certain cause of the look & feel of them. If they were $30 each then I would not... be writing this here but cost a lot of money! iT WAS ONLY NOW A FEW YEARS LATER THAT ON A A REPAIR TAKEN TO A PRADA RETAIL STORE DID I CONFIRM IT IS FAKE AS $3 BILL! To further prove that they are selling high end replica's, I did not say anything cause I wanted it repaired for free, and the staff though it was REAL! But lady in the store said she could not locate when or where it was purchased. Of course not cause I got it from modaqueen.com! Well .. after a month send out for a small repair I got a call yesterday. It is FAKE. or as they called it "not real"! The state of Calf is doing NOTHING TO HALT THIS COMPANIES LIES. Many sell fake bags and admit to it by calling them replicas, this company is stating that they are 100% Genuine. Even the certificate of authenticity is fake! Pig liers! Read more Less

    You must work at Modaqueen or know NOTHING about authentic bags. You would have to be blind not to pick their merchandise as fakes from 100 yards. They NEVER sell anything authentic.

    I am completely amazed at the bad reviews this company has received. I now have 4 gorgeous Prada bags from them, and each one is the quality you would expect from Prada.
