    The cheap prices are great, no question about it. While I like to save money, I also like to save time and to that end I found the gemini website to be a slight bit less user friendly than some other sites with similar merchandise. The navigation lef...t a bit to be desired but I did eventually locate what I was looking for (motorola barcode scanner)and was able to check-out soon after. Shipping was not a concern and I didn't have any issues with arrival times etc. Sometimes items are slow to arrive but that's usually because of usps or the courier company being used, not the actual business itself. All in all, I'd rather support a small business than go to a chain store so a few extra minutes isn't a big deal overall and as I mentioned, the price was too good to resist here. (The 3 star rating attached to my review for the customer service category is meant to be directed at their website and not the actual employees) Read more Less

    a good price drew me to gemini, i needed a new printhead and they had it at a better price than anywhere else that i could find. i only marked the ease of purchase and customer service at 3 out of 5 as they were regular and not out of the ordinary. t...he rest of the scores were better because those were the things that stood out to me about my gemini experience. everything was delivered right on time.     My recently purchased Epson T-20 was ordered from Gemini Computers.Inc, easy to order from them and service was helpful (*I only had a couple questions about the printer but the phone service staff were knowledgeable). Chose the 3 day ship option bec...ause I'm impatient :) and everything arrived when it was supposed to. I would recommend them to others and barring any price increases will likely do business with them again. Read more Less

    No interaction was needed with customer service, but the entire order was handled efficiently, from ordering to shipping.
    No complaints. I'll check back with them when I need something else similar.

    Posted on their web site that the product was "In Stock". Placed the order on 7/17/12 and Paid for "Two Day" shipping. On 7/19, two days later, they sent an invoice receipt advising the order had been processed. Sent them an email on 7/20 hoping for... a tracking number. Didn't hear back until 7/23 when they said the order would be shipped on 7/30. This would be 13 days from the date the order was placed. I asked if they were covering the shipping and I got no response. Still, they charged me for two day shipping. I will never use them again. Read more Less
