    Warning!!!!! I order one model but got another model computer . I thought they ship the wrong order ,but not .They said they ship something similar item without notice me and if I return the item they will charge me 15% restocking.I won't order anyth...ing from their again.     Gemini made buying my receipt printer very easy. After I selected the printer I needed it gave me an option to add the correct power cable and USB cable without having to search for it, unlike other sites I've used before.     The order process and Web Page for this merchant needs work, it is very confusing. I ordered a product and got something different. When I contacted the merchant I was subsequently charged and sent products that still did not make my order whole. The... phone support person was unfamiliar with the product and was unable to assist me. They did finally ship me the write items on a third try but because they did not have the proper knowledge of the product it was basically another guess. I spent over two weeks getting my order filled right and crossing my fingers on what they sent would be the right items. Read more Less

    Good selection, helpful staff, great shipping. I ordered an ELO touch monitor from Gemini. The prices are great, very low compared to other competitors, but the website navigation can be tricky since many of the products look very similar. The custom...er service agent I called was helpful in identifying which monitor would work best for our medical lab, so that was a plus. A site redesign would do wonders but that's just window dressing. At the end of the day, what's really important is: does the business do what they promise to do, and in a timely fashion? The answer is yes. Gemini shipped my monitors to me quite quickly, and I was able to track the order while it was in transit. Their shipping rates and delivery speed are quite good, and overall they deliver a good product. At the end of the day that's what's important! Read more Less

    The overall structure of how products are displayed for sale on the site can be hard to follow, particularly since so many products are almost identical except in certain important ways which might or might not be extremely obvious based on the image... and the product title. (Like what kind of connection, color, print media, or power supply.) However, the customer service was very good in helping me sort things out. I would recommend that the site implement a system of consolidating similar products which are sold in several variations into one master product to help make the right one easier to pick out.     Great company, no problems at all with order.
