    Very fast processing and shipping times. I did not interact with them directly as I had no issues with this, my first and only order with this merchant. So I cannot attest to their customer service in regards to product or order issues.

    I bought a new office chair from Office Chairs Unlimited because my last one finally gave out. I loved that chair but the replacement is even more comfortable (I have to admit). The chair looks exactly like the picture displayed and the color is spot... on. I did have a hiccup with the delivery though. My UPS guy dropped it on my porch and it sat there for two days because I didn't know about it! Read more Less

    I'm a small one-man home-based business, and I needed a big-and-tall office chair for frequent/constant use at my desk. I have found that such chairs available at office superstores have not been satisfactory for my needs. Searches led me to office...chairsunlimited.com, where I found the OFM Model 247 chair, an apparently-superior product (and more expensive than those at the superstores, but still competitively priced). The on-line videos helped me narrow down my decision, and then I received prompt and thorough pre-sales support in response to my specific questions. Then, the ordering process was simple, and shipment/delivery couldn't have been faster or better. The instructions for setup were completely straightforward and within minutes of receipt of my chair I was happily seated at my desk. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase decision, both in terms of the product and also the vendor.     I bought one chair [a specialty type], then another a week or two later. Both have been excellent so far.I called the company to place one of the orders and used the web to place the other order. In both cases, the chairs were delivered ONE day later... [NC to GA]. The man I spoke with was terrific. He knew his [large] product line well, was personable and interested in matching the right chair to the customer. This is my definition of a good sales person.Website was easy to use. It didn't take long to find what I wanted.Assembly was easy. The instructions were excellent, all the parts were there and everything fit properly.I've had the chairs for about 2 months. In that time, I've had to retighten the screws once [a screw fell out], even though the instructions suggest every 6 months for tightening. I'm starting to hear some noises again. Another round of tightening will be necessary soon. This is not a big deal, but does require turning the chair upside down, supported on the seat with the back hanging down. It's a bit awkward but I don't see any other way to do it. It's a 2 person job.These chairs were assembled by 2 women, neither of whom has a man's hand strength. A man might have been able to get the screws to stay screwed longer. That's questionable: stripping screws/receivers becomes a possibility.I am a heavy, very tall woman. Finding a well-built "big and tall" chair that is comfortable for a woman is NOT easy: most are built with male hips in mind. The only thing I could wish for is a wider, flatter seat, one that is designed for a woman. The back is fine. The support/height adjustment system is fine at this time. My experience with other chairs is that the hydraulic system eventually fails. We'll see how long this one lasts.So far, the base is fine. My experience with casters is the shafts break/snap [metal fatigue] after awhile. This is why I needed to buy these chairs: my old ones' caster shafts died. Extremely annoying. There's no way to remove the remainder of the dead shaft to replace the caster! [Shafts "lock" into the receiver in the star base.]At this point, I am willing to buy more chairs from this company as needed and willing to say good things about the company to my friends/business associates.     I ordered a leather office chair with flip up armrests from Office Chairs Unlimited. I called the order in to them and the customer service person was very nice and professional. I was even given an additional 10% off for being a veteran. Now that's ...service! I do not think that has ever happened to me before. Read more Less

    I looked for literally MONTHS to find the right chair at a good price. I have viewed so many online merchants that I do not even want to think about it. I had finally decided on the chair that I wanted, so began looking for the best price - still no... small task. While comparing prices, I came across Office Chairs Unlimited and could not believe the price on this particular chair. They beat the price by at least $150 - $200, compared to competitors! The ordering process was very easy and I received the chair within a week - two weeks (that also beat some of the other sites & reviews of sites that complained about waiting months). I have had it about a week now and really like it. I am a larger woman and thought I HAD to order a large size (big & tall) chair - this chair is really BIG, but b/c it adjust on many levels, I was able to make it fit me. The only thing that I wish I could change are the arms - I love that they adjust up and down and in width, but wish I could move them out of the way, when needed (not sure if that was an option even, on this particular chair) -but that is only thing that I would change.     Very quick delivery, especially when it was free. Very easy to assemble with high quality materials. I'm a 300lb guy and I feel very secure and comfortable in this chair. I've only had the chair for a couple of weeks, but I feel like it will suppo...rt me for a very long time. Only time will tell if the support mechanism can handle the strain of my weight for the next few years, but it seems sturdy enough to do so. My only gripe with this chair is that it would be nice if the adjustable arms could be raised a little bit higher, but it's still comfortable enough for long periods of computer gaming. Over all, I'm quite satisfied with the chair and the price will be worth it if it lasts the next 3 to 4 years. Yes, their price is comparable to the competition's, but I think the whole chair industry is a bit overpriced in general. Read more Less

    The only negative that I have found is that the arms do not lock into place so they very easily rotate in and out every time you stand up or sit down. Not a huge issue, just a minor inconvenience. The seat pan is very solid and definitely not "soft" ...but if you are looking for a good, firm chair, this is for you. The back has so many adjustment options that anyone could get the support they need from it. Read more Less
