    My fiancee absolutely loves his gifts. I chose the 1941 replica Zippo, a beautiful engraved box with velvet on the bottom, several accessories, and a gorgeous lime green/tan marbled ashtray. My only slightly negative review involves the engravings...... they were gorgeous in font and size, right on the box and lighter, but I wish they were more defined/deeper, thus more able to see.     The lighters I purchased are so nice. The color is a soft grey and is nice and slim which fits my small hands. No problems at all-lights every time. Hopefully I won't be reordering them. I am cutting WAY back on my smoking before my Doctor has a fit.... Yours, Jane C. Read more Less

    Visol Problem Again

    I purchased a Visol lighter from elighters.com a year ago and I had nothing but problems with. I contacted elighters numerous times and they said I wasn't filling it correctly. I was told to bleed off the butane and try again. The lighter would work ...for a couple of hours and then not work again. I am using triple the price colibri butane at elighters advice and that makes no difference. Although I paid less than $50 for the lighter, I sent it along with the required $7.95 Priority insured for an additional $7.23 and a few weeks later received a brand new lighter! Great....you would think so...but this one wouldn't fill or operate any better than the first! I sent the second light back with the payment and expense for shipping and now I'm told that the first lighter is over a year old and even though the 2nd "LEMON" lighter is only 6 months old, it WILL NOT BE REPLACED! Save yourself a ton of grief and just purchase at a smoke shop locally. e-lighters is a non BBB rated JOKE of a foreign owned business! Purchase American and Be Proud! NEVER AGAIN! Read more Less

    I can't rate "customer service" since I never experienced it. Simply, I went to the site. Scrolled to find a lighter I liked, purchased it and received it. All good.However, this weekend the lighter didn't light on a few occassions. It is filled with... the calibri gas which is recommended. I've had so many bad experiences with butane lighters, you'd think I would've learned. My friends with their .99cent throw away bic lighters were laughing at me. Can't say I blame 'em.     MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!! Even if you fill in your correct shipping address on their website. I used PayPal to pay that had an old address which is apparently where they got my address from. Customer service is nasty and will do ...anything not to reimburse you when the package is shipped back to them. Read more Less
