    I sent in a check for $59.98 they cashed it on the eighteenth of december,now there staighting it takes fifteen days for my check to be prossed but in there papper work it clearly states seven to ten working days now there being turned into the bette...r business beroe of Florida and I'm Taking my business to Newegg.com cause this is not the first time the've done this to me.....     I bought this camera on black friday for $719 thinking that tiger direct would be a good website and they will honor their price protection guarantee as well look for a bargain in this tough times. In 3 days the price dropped to $699 and I called the...n and email them multiple times but no response at all. I get a response today after 10 days that it was a special price and Unfortunately, price protection policy only applies to regularly advertised products and DOESN'T apply to limited time sales. That limited time sale lasted 10 days. I would have returned the product right away but they don't even take returns even when I told them that I think the product is refurbished as it a scratch. The guy on the phone said I should talk to Canon about it. I have learned my lesson not to by from cheap websites like Tigerdirect.com I hope this review will serve as suggestion to avoid this website. I am going to post this review on multiple review site to try to help other buyers from being scammed. Thanks to the power of internet I do hope to help others. Tiger Direct you Suck Read more Less

    Web page for this specific item clearly stated that it included Free Shipping. When I attempted to check out shipping charges were automatically added. I called their Customer No Service and the person said that it would be deducted when I committe...d to the sale. That is NOT TRUE. I contacted them again and stated that I had just made a purchase of a free shipping item and that I would like them to remove the shipping charges. They did not respond. I have a snapshot of the web page as proof to back up my claim of their false and deceptive advertising. Read more Less

    I ordered a modem from TD. I specified UPS 2nd-Day Air shipping. The items was shipped ground instead. It arrived in two days, but I was charged the air shipping rate instead of the ground rate ! I contacted customer support and they ignored my compl...aint. I have had no resolution whatsoever. Tiger owes me money - but they won't be seeing mine again ! Read more Less
