    Always have a great deal at the right time. Usually ship within a day and rarely have to talk to customer service. Any time customer service was call, they immediately took care of the problem and went a little extra. A GREAT company.

    Prices were cheaper than elsewhere on the web and my shipment was delivered quickly with free shipping. Would definitely purchase from again.

    Very pleasant shopping experience. Price(s) are very good (competitive), the shipping choices will fit anybody's desires, and the choices of what I can purchase (software in my case) are quite wide. The "add to cart" then payment flow is very simple ...and smooth, and left nothing to question.The software arrived in a very timely manner and is now working as was explained on their website.This has not been my first purchase from this website (purchased software 1 year ago) and the purchase a year ago was just as satisfying.All around, a very good experience.     I wanted to return acronis true image I asdked how do I do this on my confirmation page and I eas never answered.     Great place for software. My last order was alittle late due to one item not arriving for a couple of days and they rebated me couple bucks. Was very nice jester as I was not unhappy. Have ordered around 5 times from this company and it was the only ...time something was not in stock(but came in within couple days). Received shipment in 2days from northern california to southern california. Very happy with this company. Carries varity of software for all requirements. Read more Less
