    We ordered a 16 CFL floodlight bulbs. They were easy to order, well packed, and arrived on time. One of the bulbs was dead. There was no outward damage, it just wouldn't work. it was a FC30-FERSF30W27 30 Watt - R40 CFL - 120 W Equal - 2700K Warm Whit...e. I emailed 1000 light bulbs and they wanted me to call, get an RMA number, which would take 3 days, then package the bulb and send it back. All this for an $10 light bulb in a $200 order. Learned my lesson. Buy from Home Depot or equivalent where return is easy. Don't NET order light bulbs. Read more Less

    Sent broken bulbs. No response after two emails to customer service. Expensive shipping and products. You can do much better elsewhere.

    I didn't think I'd be able to find a dozen small sets of battery operated lights for my daughter's wedding, but 1000bulbs.com had just what I needed! The price was very reasonable and they arrived quickly! Thanks 1000bulbs!

    first order was so well priced I though a fluke but no, it was real. So good that when I needed bulbs for my church I came back. Again best deal, fast and easy.

    I purchased my flood lights through the company and had everything picked up in less than a few days at the Will Call location. Also the customer service agent was very helpful to me when I had questions about which one to purchase.

    The don't know what IN Stock means

    I placed an order during 1000 Bulbs Thanksgiving sale. All the items were in stock and my order was accepted on 11/22/12. On 11/29/12 I get an email from CS telling me they are out of stock on the items I ordered, but they should ship around 12/3/12.... I hear NOTHING for a month, so I email CS. The promise to update me and get me my order ASAP. On 01/10/13 I get this from them: Good afternoon and thank you for your recent purchase with 1000bulbs.com; we sincerely appreciate your business. In an attempt to follow up on your order for (LED-A198H27SP and LED-A19135H27SP) we have been advised from the vendor that they are discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Your order has been cancelled and you have not been charged. If you would like to place a new order you may do so by going to our website or, contact an account manager at 800-624-4488 and they will be happy to assist you. We certainly hope we can keep your business with 1000bulbs.com as we strive for superior customer service. Our goal is to earn your repeat business by taking excellent care of you and assisting with all of your future lighting needs. I don't think much of they way your company does business, and you have most certainly NOT provided me with superior customer service. Feel free to change my mind or lose my business.     rip off is an understatement

    Shipped 3 small bulbs to me in a HUGE box. Bulbs didn't work in desk lamp and told to return for refund. Stipulated MUST return in original packaging. Original shipping cost $9.93. Had to pay this and return shipping also. Box is so large, cost to sh...ip back is about what I had to pay to get it here. Bottom line, by the time I went to all the fuss to ship back , I would only get about 4-5 dollars, at best, back. Do not deal with this company or do so at your own risk. They are the worst company going. Pass the word around to put this scamming business out of business. Read more Less
