    super hard to cancel an order

    cancelled this order immediately after my purchase. and chat with staples online agent 2 hours later, got cancellantion confirmation. however, still got the item been shipped, and it's my duty to return this item for credit. it seems to me that stapl...es is playing trick, trying to push selling on customers, since there is some chance customers get lazy to return it.     This was our third HP all-in-one because the others lasted 10 years each with no problems. Less than a year, this one had a port go. HP software will wear you out. Two computer experts said the software is invasive. It took an expert to take all of i...t out to download the program again. It's a pain. Read more Less

    Their website was easy to use and to find the product I wanted. The price was good as well. Their shipping was fast and I am happy with the shredder I got. Works geat.

    Staples is my favorite retail office supplies store. Very easy to deal with. Price matching program is very customer friendly. My favorite electronics brand is Sony. But like many other brands, Sony does not let you put the date on each photo yo...u take anymore. Date stamp is the most important feature to me. I want to look back 10 years down the road and know instantly when the picture was taken. Fortunately Pentax cameras allow you to do that. I always knew Pentax cameras were great! This Optio A40 is absolutely awesome. Totally love it. I bought Nikon's S60 earlier but hated the picture quality so I returned it. This A40 offers superb quality photos. Yes, Canon shots are the sharpest. But again, Canon doesn't have the Date Stamp feature so I don't want it. I do a lot of global traveling and snowboarding each year. This camera absolutely rocks and fits the purpose. Being a marketing guy myself, I am very finicky about the brand and its image. Pentax rocks amongst all brands out there --- solid, a bit quirky, practical, no-frills. Not everyone has it. Not many people know it since it's not on the shelf of typical electronics store.     to the goof ball that's been jilted on several occasions by staples. 1st time they messed you around was their fault. 2nd time was maybe 50-50. 3rd time is your fault.

    I only ordered from their website several times and I got wrong delivery every time. The recent time I ordered a graphic calculator and they delivered me a scientific one which is much much cheaper. Such things never happened when I ordered from... other stores. I don't know why such stupid mistakes could happen every time. Read more Less

    I buy all my office supplies from Staples and I have never had a problem with next day delivery. My order is always at my office the next day.

    The Dell XPS M1330 laptop is going on sales at the Chicagoland area from Aug 17. Contacted one of the store to make sure it is in-stock. They told me there are 2 in-stocks but when I arrived, they can't find anything in their storage. I visited anoth...er store the other day. Same thing. I contact Staples Customer Service to verify the stores' stock level. CS told me the laptop is still in-stock in the stores. Then I tried to explain what is going on at the stores. And he told me that there is nothing he can do about what the stores have in their systems. The laptop was put on-sales but never has it in-stock. It is a waste of my time. DO NOT believe any Sales Ad from Staples. Just like a car dealer, just try to bring you to the store and sell you something else. Read more Less

    We order most of our office products online from Staples. While they aren't always the cheapest, they do offer next day free business delivery on most of their products which is extremely convenient. If I run out of ink and don't have any extra I ca...n order it from staples that morning and it will be here the next afternoon. Great especially when the closest staples is about 30minutes away! They often have specials on many of the items that we purchase and we also get business rewards. Have never had a problem with ordering from here and we have been getting about 80% of our office supplies from staples for several years. Read more Less
