    I have used Amazon going on 4 years and it has by far the best prices and customer service of any online site of the many I have used.

    After putting together, I tried moving it and the handle broke on one end. Trying again to move it with what was left of the handle, it too broke. The kettle size is too deep to sufficiently cook food, unless you improvise and elevate the bottom, or ...use a ton of charcoal. Read more Less

    I've purchased from them before in the past, but this just absolutely #$%$ me off. Ordered a collectors figurine and got it about 4 days later (but it for about $120). I opened up the box and discovered the figure box itself was damaged, crushed, rip...ped, and had been previously opened. The little tape that seals the box was cut! I collect figurines and I keep them in their boxes. I would have never bought it if I knew it would come in this condition. I would grade this as an F in terms of quality, and the value of this figure has dropped tremendously because of it. The damage was clearly done before packaging. I would expect better from Amazon Co., but I should have just gone with a seller. Read more Less

    Gone downhill

    Amazon use to have pretty decent customer service but the last few months they have sent their customer service to the toilet. I've gotten nothing but lip service from them for the last two months. Until they correct their pathetic excuse for custome...r service I'll spend more somewhere else. Amazon has gotten too big for their britches and using foreign operators for their customer service is just stupid. Read more Less

    I am really impressed from all the aspect i.e. price, delivery, customer services, shipping option. I am buying most of all the things from amazon. My first point is to check in amazon. I had very good experience for the refund. I bought the TV (LG 4...7 inch smart TV having price $1063) after about 13 month (just expired warranty) my TV was not working (display has the problem). I called and requested the amazon, about this situation. I got 100% refund within a 3 days. Its really amazing. I recommend to everybody have a look to buy any thing on amazon before going to any store physically. I wish this review help to any customers. Read more Less

    No help or remedy with very late shipment that still hasn't arrived

    I placed an order on Amazon and it was gauranteed to be delivered exactly 8 days ago. The order still has not been received. When I contacted Amazon they told me it is not their problem and they will in no way compensate me or help me out. They told ...me to simply contact the seller and leave the seller a feedback! Why would I ever use Amazon if they simply pass the buck to the sellers that Amazon has on its sight? Bottom line I was completely disappointed with Amazon's customer service and uncaring attitude toward my problem. The product I ordered was a gift and has still not arrived (8 days after it was promised to arrive.) Amazon did absolutely nothing to help me out and make me a happy customer. Instead they made me even more upset by not doing anything to remedy this matter. I am a highly dissatisfied Amazon customer! Read more Less

    This an awful product I tried to use it and it crunched the cracker and didn't melt the chocolate. It should be renamed the S'more Cruncher.

    Prices are above what I can pay from most online stores. Bought a Christmas gift from them for a item I could not find elsewhere and it was shipped in the products manufactures box thus ruining any surprise I may have wished to achieve.     I am so disappointed with Amazon. I tried to enter a prepaid Visa card to my Amazon account there was nothing on their help page to explain how that's done so I entered it as a credit card when it should have been a gift card. Now they've blocked my ...account until I fax them a billing statement from the credit card which of course doesn't exist. The customer service department is useless they brushed me off and won't respond to my explanations or emails. They've blocked my account and I still had funds from an Amazon gift card. THEY WON'T RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH AMAZON Read more Less
