    I was able to buy the model of Hoover Vacuum I wanted that wasn't even available on Hoover's own webpage!I was very pleased with the price and even happier with the "free shipping" option.The only con would be that this merchant doesn't offer Pay...Pal which I prefer when doing business over the internet.Overall.........

    So happy to find this online merchant. My wife has had several vacuums over the years. She wanted a new one. She insisted on one like she has, the "Sharp Twin Energy" upright ,bagged system, it still works fine after many years. I was disappointed ...to find Sharp has quit making vacuums (esp. since reviewers all rated it very high!) Great suction & metal parts vs plastic! VCDiscounters still had some instock & at a reasonable price. Easy ordering, arrived quickly... my wife loves it! Her old one is now relocated to basement duty.     Left several messages asking for a return call each time. No return calls were received until I got negative--then they decided to call me back. Customer service rep's were very defensive and unprofessional. The entire experience was a massive waste ...of time as I never did receive what I ordered. Ended up paying $10 more from a site that I trust...Amazon~I will never stray again! Read more Less

    I am very disappointed with my purchase from VCDiscounter.The microwave convection oven that I recieved had dents on the inside cracks and scratches on the outside. The instruction manual also looked old and used.The never worked. Upon realizing tha...t I was sent a refurbished, broken, unsafe product I call VCDiscounter Customer Servicer. I had to call them several times before someone returned my call. After explaining to the individual of the purpose of my call I was told that theyno longer sells that microwave and I can either return the item for a refund, or exchange it for a store model/refurbished model. This company needs to be reported to BBB, because of theirfalse, deceptive advertisment. I was never given a logic explination as to why I was sent a broken/used microwave.I wish I had spent the time to reasearch VCDiscounter, because if I had known what I know now I would have spent the time and the extra funds to elswhere at a reputable store and avoid this headache. Because I destroyed the box that this product arrived in without realizingthat I would have been in this situation. Also the next hurdle is I would have to take this heavy box to the post office and pay to have it return to VCDiscounter.VCDiscounter is a rippoff. They do not put customers first.I now wonder how many customers they have placed in this situation. Read more Less
