    High quality product - a little different than described, but it had everything promised; Shipping was a little slow, though the item arrived in good time and in great shape. Would (and probably will) buy from again! It is hard to beat their price.

    Ordered Adobe CS3 and they sent CS4. Their site said CS3 was in stock. That's ok as I bought a new computer that will run CS4. The software seems to be running fine. The problem is I paid $568.24 for CS4 from Royal and phoned Adobe to check out the ...serial number and they said it was the educational edition. Available on Adobe's site for $449. I phoned Royal's customer service and they claimed it wasn't the educational edition. Really, really don't like being lied to. These people are making alot of money on the markup. Might order from them again, as the price is still alot less than the full version of Adobe CS4 @ $1,399. Read more Less
