    I ordered a system board for an HP laptop from these guys. It took a little longer to ship than I expected but the price was good and the board works excellent!

    Excellent product for the money! I needed a new power cord for my Dell Inspirion. They are $60 to $90 in the store and I paid only $32 total (including shipping). I have had no issues with it at all and it came in 4 days (the standard shipping method...). Read more Less

    Very good overall. Packaged well and the price of the motherboard was excellent; however the postage price was nearly double what it said it cost on the postage box and it took them a week to post it (including the weekend)for some reason.     Poor Communication Skills and inventory management.

    I was really pleased to find a logitech headset on your site that is no longer manufactured. I placed an order. I shared the good news with some folks in my organization that wanted some of these units. . The next day I get an email from GetParts, th...ey only have 1 unit. I say I'll take it. I share the bad news (and the good news) with the folks on my team. 5 days later (a weekend in there, admittedly) I haven't heard about the order shipping. I call at the end of the NYC day and the gentleman there tells me that it's been misplaced. He's sorry and he has to cancel the order. I realize these things happen and I realize that inventorying -- especially with as many parts as these folks sell --- isn't easy. But that doesn't forgive the misstatement that they had one nor the fact that I had to call them to find out that it's gone. I was a new customer who had found this store and bookmarked it. Now I won't be coming back -- really just because of the service end. Thanks anyway. Read more Less

    i paid last 19th september and i didnt receive anything and i paid more than 1 moth ago!i sent a lot of emails to sales@getpartsonline.com and roland@getpartsonline.com without reply and i phoned and always appeared the answer machine.i couldnt resol...ve the problem.They have my money and i havent anything.FRAUD!
