Be carefull of there shipping policies. They require you be present to sign for your package and will not hold package at Fed Ex distribution center for pick up. If it returned they charge a 50 dollar fee and a 10% restocking fee.

I received defective merchandise and contacted Beach in two days. I have the invoice, manual, etc., but Beach wouldn't do an exchange without all the original packaging. NOT EVEN A 1 STAR, TRY ZERO!!
Placed order on Saturday 1/1/11 for "IN STOCK" computer. Paid $48.00 for "24 hr" shipping. A's stated on site items order before 3pm with "24hr" shipping for next day. Well one would think that my saturday order was before 3pm Monday but I guess not ...cause on Tuesday my order was still processing. Well then final on Tuesday it showed shipped but no tracking number. So I got excited on Wednesday only to get nothing and no response from the seller. Now it is Thursday and I emailed for the 3rd time to see if there is a tracking number. I am going to have to file a paypal claim and one with the better business bureau to get atleast the shipping cost back IF THE PACKAGE EVER ARRIVES!!!!!!! Read more Less
I ordered a memory card from Beach Camera and received it pretty quickly. However, I was double billed for the item. I placed a call to customer service and was told my issue would have to be approved by a manager. No apology for inconvenience. Since... there was no refund posted to my credit card account, I called again and explained my situation and earlier phone call. Once again, the operator didn't apologize for the inconvenience and merely stated they would refund it in a couple of days. Three weeks later and still no refund. This will be the third call I'll have to make, and there doesn't seem to be a care in the world for Beach Camera's customer service people. Read more Less
Horrible experience, I placed an order or Canon G11 on 1/28 and select 2-3 business days expediated shipment, hoping to receive the camera before 2/2. Today is 2/1 and I get the confirmation that they only ship it out to Fedex as of 5pm 2/1. All in ...all it took 5 business day for the camera to reach me even though I selected the 2-3 days shipping. What the heck took them so long to process an order with good credit card information? After the package was sent back to Beach while in transit by FedEx because it was damaged, I am still waiting for my package. It has been more than 2 weeks. Four different "Customer Service" people have promised me it would be shipped immediately, ...but to date, it has not been shipped. Their service is horrible. I will never purchase from them again.
