In every case the online transaction went smoothly, their feedback emails conveying the order and shipping status is among the best I have experienced with internet shopping.So far, I have or...dered 2 different flavors of rooibus.     I am impressed with this company! This is the first time I have ordered tea from them. The first thing that surprised me was the price of the tea. I checked out the prices on other sites and Enjoying Tea had the best price of any I looked at. It came... quickly. It was in perfect shape. The quality of the tea is top notch. I'll be ordering from Enjoying Tea in the future. They also included a 15% discount card with my tea. That will be used on my next order. It's good until July. Happy Customer! Read more Less

    The choices for teapots, teas, and accessories are excellent! I especially love the fact that it explains in the details which teapots can be used directly on the stove top and which ones cannot (this was extremely helpful). Teapots that cannot be us...ed on the stove top will begin leaking if you use them as such, and believe me from personal experience, not all places will let you know about this.I also like the fact that Enjoying Tea gives nice sized samples free each month so you can taste a variety of teas and add more to your favorites list.It is also nice that if you want to get accessories for the teapot (trivets, cups, etc.), the site helps you find ones that match.While some of the prices may be a little high, you have to remember, you get what you pay for. The quality of the products at Enjoying Tea are worth the money!Shopping here was an enjoyable experience and I will continue shopping here for all my tea needs. Read more Less
