    I just got a Tag Heuer Carrera and really love the watch. I did a couple of trials with this web site before to get an expensive watch, to see if they provide original products. The first product was a Louis Vuitton tie from a special sale they were ...offering in the site (haven’t done anymore) and the second was a less $200 watch. This was the evaluation to get the watch I dreamed of. Somebody told me; be careful, you can get a “clone” watch that is an identical replica of the original one, but honestly and cannot image how a fake company can make a replica with the detail of my watch, and both the tie and the first watch are original.     I was very skeptical at first. Buying expensive watches over the internet is often wrought with charlatans and fraud. I cross-referenced this site to death and even called consumer affairs. After finally taking the risk, I sent them a wire transfer f...or the money owed for a Omega Speedmaster Professional 3573.50. After the wire cleared the watch arrived in two days with all of the necessary paperwork and box. The watch is beautiful. They sized it for me. The price was incredible. I'm very happy.     I bought an Omega watch from this company on June 12th. I received and signed for a package from this company. I opened the package(which had appeared to have been taped over underneath) later that day to notice there was no watch inside the watch bo...x. I then called Watchmaxx.com to no answer then filed a claim with Watchmaxx.com and Bank of America. When I finally spoke to Watchmaxx.com The person i spoke to told me this has happened to them before when sending watches and they would take care of me. I was then told that Watchmaxx.com's Insurance company (Parcell Pro) would approve me of the claim if I send them my empty watch box manual contents etc. I did so and received no word back from them. This whole time I was giving my Bank full statuses on everything that was taking place with this claim. The bank even issued me a temporary credit until the investigation had ended. I called WatchMaxx.com and I was told on 3 different phone calls that I had been approved by their insurance company and that they money would be going out as soon as I cancel my claim with Bank of America. I did so and informed Bank of America I would be receiving my money back from Watchmaxx.com. I then called Watchmaxx.com and informed them that I canceled my Claim with bank of America they then they seemed to stall for a few phone calls pretending to take my card information down 2 extra times and telling me the refund should go out in days. Being I canceled my claim with Bank of America the bank then took my account down to a negative balance of $-3,400. I then called Watchmaxx.com again they then said that the Insurance company had changed their minds all of a sudden being Fed ex didn't want to cover the $100-200 dollar shipping fee. So pretty much I was lied to by Watchmaxx.com and their Insurance company had me send all my evidence and box contents to them leaving me with nothing. I reopened my case with Bank of America I faxed them as asked the pictures I took of the box that appeared to have been re taped on the underside I also sent the tracking number and Manifest of myself shipping the box contents to to the insurance company. I also send 13 extra pages worth of complaints that other buyers online have had with Watchmaxx.com having this same issue happen to them from missing watches in boxes to not receiving a box at all. Even Watchmaxx.com giving them the run around like they did me. I am seeking legal help in the matter. Read more Less

    je me suis procurer une montre omega model seamaster quartz divers 300 mla montre est arriver dans le delais cet une vrais omega. je suis fier d avoir fait affaire avec watchmaxx ( seul petit probleme la douanne canadienne qui solicite des taxe passe... la somme de 1700$ an bas de sa il y a pas de taxe de importation d onc j ai payé 365$ de taxe sur une achat de 2100dollard us donc avant de acheter sur un cite americain verifie la valeur du dollard canadien et la taxe que vous aurré a payé il est certain que la prochaine montre que je vais me procuré seras sur watchmaxx si le dollard canadien est fort ET JE SUIS FIER DE MA MONTRE OMEGA Read more Less

    Call Mark at Watchmaxx, They have the best deal on the web.2nd watch from them. Good trustworthy knowledgeable people that you can trust and believe. Not just out to make a quick as others. Only place to buy a Quality watch at best price possible.

    I ordered an Omega watch from Watchmaxx and it was delivered within 36 hours of purchase and in perfect condition. Better yet, it was even the one of the newest versions off the production line in 2011.

    I tried to buy a watch from watchmaxx.com for Christmas. I chose the one I liked on their website, in which it was showing as "in stock". They were very prompt to process my credit card, but they neve got back to me. I called several times, until som...eone finally answered. He did not know exactly what to do. FInally they accepted they did not have the item in stock and they tried to sell me a different one. After more frustrating phone calls in whch no one could provide a date in which they would have the watch in stock, I switched to another model which showed as in stock in the website. Again, theyu did not have it. I decided to cancel the order. Suddenly they called me and told me they had the item finally was there, but at a different price. I ended up buying it, but I would not recommend to anyone to buy from this place. Behavior was unprofessional, careless and they should not be allowed to offer items/services they cannot honor. I do not understand how they are still in business. Overall a frustrating experience. I hoe the watch is at least genuine. Read more Less

    Ordered my Cartier on a Monday, watch was at my door on Tuesday. Took to my jewler to have links taken out and he confirmed it was authentic. It came it great condition, just as promised! Would order from them again. Maybe a new Rolex for the hubby!
