    Very Slow Shipping

    I ordered my item on November 6th and it says the item is in stock. But when I received my order confirmation e-mail, it said "Approximate arrival 11/21/12". Somehow, it takes over 2 weeks to ship the item that is in stock!? I got worried and e-maile...d them to make sure my item is in stock. They replied my e-mail right away and told me it is in stock. They prepared the shipment fairly quick and it arrived on 14th. It's earlier than their estimated delivery date, but it took almost 10 days. I buy stuff from so many different department stores such as Saks, Macy's, Nordstrom, Zappos etc but everything arrives within 3-5 days including weekend. Neiman Marcus is the slowest of all. I expect better standard shipping service from them since they are the top notch department. Read more Less
