    Total mismanagement of order

    I had a very bad experience shopping at Jomashop. While the prices are competitive,the customer service and order management were terrible, to say the least.I bought a Citizen Nighthawk watch as a gift for a wedding that I was supposed to attend outs...ide the US. Initially,I was told that the watch was not in stock and since I wanted to get the watch before I left,I decided to cancel the order. A day later they contacted me saying that the watch is back in stock and I could order and have it shipped to my home in 2 days. I re-ordered the watch on the phone, and waited 4 days for the package to arrive. Upon calling customer service, I was assured that the package would reach me on time. Since I had not received the package a day prior to my trip, I contacted customer service again and they said that the watch had not shipped yet! On top of it, the customer service representative did not seem to recall any of the conversations that we had prior to the call. This was utterly ridiculous and a total mismanagement on Jomashop's part. This caused me to let go of the watch that I wanted to gift to my family member as a wedding present, something that he coveted. I would advise people to stay away from this website, the prices are good, but apparently they do not ship the watches on time as promised!!! :( Read more Less

    The price was $621.63 when I placed the order and now it becomes $577.11, it's terrible and now I'm doing price claim.

    This shop's service was good, but they will not allow you to remove yourself from their mailing list after purchase (and constantly send spam emails). For that, they get poor ratings overall, as it is indicative of their company mindset.
