    The item's cost was 237,60 $ US Dollars and it was needed an extra amount of 159,41 Euro for taxes and customs clearing.As a regular customer of Jomashop, it is the first time that this is happening to me.Checking the cost, it doesn't make sense to b...uy it, so I would like to cancel the order and return it back following your process.     I find good selections, brands, customer service and prices. Occasional price cuts and promotions on name brands are a big plus. A real bummer is the lack of price guaranty for at least 30 days after the PO is placed, for instance, I bought an item... then 2 days later it went into a temporary deeper discount and I could not claim the additional discount, so we might always buy with no confident that it was not really the best deal we could get.     Overall a great shopping experience. My only suggestion is that there should be more super specials with the "name brand" watches" for those of us who have a number of watches but like to add an additional watch from time to time. The ease of purchas...e cannot be beat. Read more Less

    My necklace arrived sooner then I thought it would, being that I'm located on the west coast. I was very pleased, and I love my swarvorski swan necklace it's beautiful. This was my first order, but I will definitely order again in the future.
