    I gave this company excellent ratings because I had an excellent experience with them. We had a date change for a very special party and I felt a bit stressed with the crunch. But I was able to get online, find exactly what I needed and got it ship...ped to me in plenty of time. I felt so relieved. And the party was great!     Overall everything that I needed was online & available & affordable. All of it was quality decorations as well. My only suggestion is when you're under a certain theme, etc. and add an item, it takes you to your shopping cart or back to shopping......when it takes you back to continue to shopping it doesn't bring you back to where you were when you added the option before (if that makes any sense). Therefore, you have to search the "theme" you were looking for again. However, I started to bypass this when I just did the quick view on each item. I did enjoy receiving the e-mail updates to let me know the status of my order as well. Thank you - J.H. Read more Less
