I just understand why anyone would delay orders and make customers go through having to answer emails and phone over several day over something so commend!!

This business is a complete scam. Their website looks professional with lots of self help videos and decent prices for the parts, but their customer service is absolute nightmare. They have displayed a toll free contact number but after following few... prompts you will hear an automated message redirecting you to use online chat. Online chat is randomly working and also seems to be automated. It picks out some keywords from your question and then keeps posting the same reply. Once in two days, you might get an e-mail from them which are usually one liners and very rude.I was shipped the wrong part (not the one they mentioned on their website) for which I had to contact their customer service. Their online chat responses are like 'keep an eye on your inbox, you will receive an e-mail'. Is that a joke? I've to keep checking my e-mail until god knows when. It will easily be a day or two before you actually receive an e-mail from them. Their e-mail response is like 'we receive hundreds of e-mails everyday', hence the delay.To top that all, they blame that I ordered the wrong part. Comeon, I know my phone for last 6 years (yes, it's an old phone that is why things break and I was ordering a replacement part). There is a model number clearly written o its back side. Now if I order a part for that phone, how can it be wrong but what I receive is a part for another phone which they are unwilling to accept.After about 6-7 e-mails back and forth (imagine the number of days) eventually, they offered to take the part back (without any mention of sending me the correct replacement) on my own cost and they will charge restocking fee for that. Can you believe that?For a $13 part, I paid $5 shipping already and now they want me to ship it back for another $5 and after deducting restocking fee, they will credit my account with $8. Do I look like a fool to send the part back spending $5 shipping to get back $8 and so they can scam the next customer with that wrong part again.When I told them that, they agreed to refund me in full including shipping. I did smell something here but anyways I thought maybe they realized their mistake. But I was definitely wrong this time. They have received the part back (which I confirmed with the tracking info of the shipment) but not even got an e-mail from them about it, leave alone any kind of refund.I just hope they are not running this kind of scam to ship out wrong parts to everyone. Now that I remember their FAQs have a special section devoted to shipment of wrong parts where they mention that occasionally they do send out wrong parts but no mention of what the course of action will be in that scenario. But they give a big lecture where the customer orders the wrong part.Bottomline, they are not BBB accredited. I would strongly suggest yahoo store to list only merchants that are BBB accredited. I was feeling confident when ordering the first time because it had store.yahoo.net in the URL but I'll be careful in the future ordering at store.yahoo and make sure the business is at least BBB accredited.
