    The selection was huge and the price was the best I could find for the type of CFL that I needed. The shipping was quick and their customer service was wonderful. I ordered 20 bulbs and two of the 20 did not work. The two defective bulbs were replace...d quickly with no questions asked! I will definitely be buying all of my bulbs from them again!     Great shopping, easy to order, good info. The only problem I had was with delivery and Planet Bulb wasn't responsible for UPS taking 6 days on a 2nd day delivery. Granted, a major snow storm hit the Midwest, but the package sat at the UPS final dist...ribution center for a day and a half before they declared the shipment was delayed due to weather conditions.     these guys and gals are awesome. if part of order was not availible they call me and ask if a substitute would be ok. i have ordered 2 times from them they are very quick and shipping prices are very reasonable. greg

    Ordered the bulb for our Sony 55" rear projection TV, and chose the 2day delivery option. Arrived on time,in good condition,and worked as expected following installation. Will order from them again, when needed.

    Excellent transaction because the customer service was very responsive. They sent me the incorrect color temperature of the light bulb I ordered but expeditiously sent the correct one once I notified them. I will buy again from this merchant without ...hesitation. Read more Less

    I ordered the wrong bulb, they took it back and replaced it without any problems. Great customer service great prices. I would buy from there again.

    Shipping was fast, and the bulb arrived completely intact. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and won't hesitate to buy from Planet Bulb again.

    PlanetBulb had the best price and shipping options, or so I thought. Other sites had the bulb slightly cheaper but wanted an arm and a leg to ship it second day air. I ordered the bulb Wednesday evening. The site said the part was in stock, so I ...thought, good, it will ship early tomorrow. I get home from work the following day and the item has still not shipped. Their web site says that they will ship orders before noon the following day, but that certainly didn't happen. I finally get a notice o Friday morning, basically two days later, that the order has shipped. This cancels out the reason for ordering with 2nd day business delivery as the bulb was not delivered until Monday. I would have been just as well off ordering the bulb with regular shipping. If you have a consumer facing web store, people expect rapid response or at least timely e-mails explaining circumstances. They didn't meet their commitments as listed on thier web site, but they did nothing to follow up. You can be sure I will not be doing business with them again. Read more Less
