    I went to google to shop for a Canon imageCLASS MF5960DN. Refurbexperts.com was one of several vendors selling this item new without tax or shipping. I went to the website and purchased the item. The same day a rep called asking me to verify info I h...ad already divulged on their website. I declined to give him any info over the phone, but that didn't matter because he already had it and that was just a smoke screen to get me on the phone. The point of his call was to try and get me to buy something else that would help them make a profit (in this case it was toner). If you don't play ball then they tell you shipping rates will be applied. Don't be fooled by the low price, fellow shoppers. It is listed as such so their company will pop up first on web searches. The 5 star ratings are definitely fake. Read more Less
