    I have purchased from this vendor at least six times in the last year; I always find a competitive price on the items I want, usually get free shipping, and the order arrives quickly and is accurate and in good condition.

    The caair was easy to purchase and it was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately the back won't tilt.

    I ordered the chair on Feb 3 and received it on Feb 16. However, because shipping was free, I had no complaints. The boxing of the chair was pretty awesome. Did not require customer service, so I guess it was pretty average.

    It was difficult to find an Ergo mouse for someone with an arhritic thumb. I checked in with my user this morning to see how the HandShoe Wireless mouse was working. The response was "My thumb is not locking up now."The only negative is that if I h...ad to return this mouse because it did not help relieve the user's discomfort, there would have been a restocking fee. Chances are if this device would not have worked I would have purchased a different mouse from the same vendor. Since true ergonomic devices are very expensive and very user specific the return policy could be more customer friendly. Read more Less

    This is the second Steelcase chair I have bought from the human solution. I have the Amia (in wasabi) for my home office and the Think (in scarlet)for my office. Both are great chairs, but I am partial to the Think, just a bit lighter and a great ch...air for my frame (5'4"). Each time I have ordered from the human solution for these custom chairs the service has been efficient and professional with updates every step of the way. These chairs are well worth the money if you spend a lot of time at your desk as I do. No more back or shoulder pain, or numbness in my feet or hands because I can adjust everything to fit me. I expect to order another Steelcase from the human solution for my husband in the near future, great product from a really trustworthy company who has taken their niche and done a phenomenal job with providing great products and customer service.     Needed Armrests for Ergohuman Chair

    I am writing this review because of the difficult time that I had to find a vendor for a chair part that I needed. I needed to replace the armrest assembly on my Ergohuman chair. I called the The Human Solution and the sales representative, Shannon d...id a great job to make sure that she understood the specific chair that I owned and the exact assembly that I needed. She contacted the manufacturer, Raynor to make sure that the parts that we selected were all the right ones. Throughout the process, she communicated promptly and I felt confident that we were getting the order right. When the shipment arrived, the armrests fit perfectly.     I ordered the 20 inch kinesis freestyle keyboard with the stand (yes, the expensive stand). The order was easy to place, the shipping was free, and the item was delivered in less than one week from when I ordered it.
