    The comb is quality made and looks great. It feels good to the scalp, not like the Ace comb which scratches your scalp. TY

    I wish they would update their address options to include Canadian addresses, cities and postal codes.

    The item I received was actually different than the item that was pictured on the website, which I found to be a bit misleading but the item arrived on time.

Customer-oriented, no pressure sales, very knowledgeable about products & honest with customer about pros & cons of products, custom-tailored to what customer said re: likes & dislikes. Customer service representative list...ened carefully to customer's product preferences & responded with suggestions of products that truly reflected customer's taste. Customer Svce Rep. very graciously & patiently helped customer navigate around website, directing customer to specific locations on website pertaining to customer's preferences & also told customer when to navigate away from pages that were not relevant to customer product search.     London Bathery had the best price on what I needed and they shipped it out very quickly. I received it in great condition and it was packed really well. I would purchase from them again in the future. I highly recommend London Bathery.
