    I ordered and never heard a thing from them. After a week I called and they said there was a problem with my card. I wondered why they didn't alert me to this?? So I put another order in. After a week no email, so I called and they said it would be s...hipped the next day, once again no confirmation email. So I called the next day and they said the same thing, will be shipped out tomorrow! This continued for two more days! I was about to cancel my order when they finally sent me an email saying it shipped! Won't ever order from them again! Read more Less

    I lived 5 miles down the road from Chick's for 2 years. They are a family owned business, and are great people. The prices are ALWAYS the best, and all the people are VERY nice there, with the exception of one lady, and if I call I just ask for someo...ne else, but you can't beat the quality and prices of their stuff! I've never had a problem with shipping with them. Always got my stuff really quick. If you can find stuff for a better price somewhere else, I would be shocked. Read more Less

    I placed my order on 11/13...got a confirmation email for order then nothing. After 10 days I called and they said the order was being shipped that day...my card was charged. I waited another week with no followup mails and no delivery. Called them a...gain and this time they said the same thing....it would be mailed out the next day.......STILL WAITING!!!     BEWARE!!!! My advice is to take your business somewhere else! Chick's Discount Saddlery shipping policy states that orders placed before 1pm are shipped out same day. I placed and order on Wednesday 9.19.12, a fairly large order of supplies needed be...fore a horse show event that weekend. I paid for 2nd Day shipping as we needed the products by Friday night. I never came! I received a confirmation email of the order but no tracking numbers. I looked up online to see my credit card had not been charged yet. In other words...they never processed my order. Now I have a barn full of disappointed children and horses with no hoods to keep their manes flat and braids safe! Had I known they couldn't fill the order, I would have placed an order with a company that could DELIVER the goods! I will NEVER buy from this compnay again!!! First and LAST time customer!     I have to agree , Chick's has good prices ... or at least at first sight ...problem is ...to get your order filled !! There is no follow-up whatsoever ! No service whatsoever ! Best advise I can give to readers ... pay some more , just a few bucks wi...ll make sure your will recieve your order ... and at most places ...you will recieve some kind of service NOT AT CHICK's !!     I buy a LOT of items through Chicks! From worm paste to saddle accessories. They always have competitive pricing, low shipping and the few times I have had to deal with CS they were great! Order early they can be a bit slow but sometimes they are fas...t as lightening! You get what you pay for. Read carefully. Read more Less
