    I was searching for a burner switch for an older Jenn-Air range and had questions about the one on this site so I emailed my questions to them. I got a response back within 24 hours. It sounded like this was the one I needed so I ordered the part. ... It was an OEM part and matched the original part exactly and the cost was much less than the other sites that I checked. Install instructions came with it so I decided to do the job myself, which took less than 45 minutes. The only negative thing I can say is that they should state how long it will take to receive your purchase using the "free shipping" option. It shows how long for the other options but not the free ship option. It may be shown on the site somewhere but I didn't see it.     Ordered thermal cutoff kit for a Kenmore dryer and received parts very quickly. After examining the parts I noticed that they were not FSP (Factory Specified Parts). This concerns me as I do not know what quality control goes into the manufacturing o...f these parts --- looked exactly the same but missing FSP stamp - possibly great or inferior. Read more Less

    They had just the part that I needed (blender jar coupling) at a very good price - in a 3-pack! (this is the 2nd time I needed to replace this part within a few years).     Buy It No lies. On their website they advertised a replacement shaver head fro a Braun razor at a great price. However when the shaver head and foil showed up it was nowhere close to the Braun 10B/20B replacement shaver head. The blades don't work... as well as the Braun blades and the shaver head has a configuration that makes it more difficult to get a clean shave. Never had problem with other Braun 10B/20B replacement heads.Very disappointed. Recommend that buyers not trust this company. They advertise one thing on their web site but don't deliver what they say they are delivering. I for one will never go back to them. Thank goodness I at least didn't lose too much money.     I purchased a Dyson and a Hoover Replacement Power Switch. Both functioned as advertised and were dimensionally equivalent to OEM parts. So far they are working well and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
