    My mattress was supposed to arrive on May 10th (stated when I purchased it).
    It is not arriving until May 18th.
    I am sleeping on the couch....not very happy!
    And the lady you have answering the phone in scheduling shipping is very rude.

    I never ever dreamed that I would purchase a mattress online,but when I saw that King Beautyrest firm pillow top for less than $1000.00 I had to have it,and I made a very good choice!!However I blew it with delivery options,READ everything that offer...s you a choice.Last minute changes can be costly!Overall I am a happy and satisfied customer Read more Less

    The mattress was as GREAT as expected Online selection and service was excellent. Delivery was within 2 weeks and the delivery crew was very pleasant and helpful.     Great website and customer service. I thought it was a pretty straight forward and easy buying experience. My disappointment is that it takes over 3 weeks to get the product. It is surprising that it took almost two weeks to ship from Michigan to ...Maryland. Yes it says 2-3 weeks on the website for delivery but it is too long.Looking forward to getting the bed, still 3 days away from delivery. Read more Less

    I got to browse a variety of mattresses online and choose the best one for my comfort and budget. I chose the 1-2 week free shipping option, and received the delivery 10 days later. They called to arrange the best day for me, plus called the night be...fore to confirm a two hour window. They actually arrived 3 minutes early, but I was delighted. The delivery guys were great, and they didn't complain one bit about carrying everything up a flight of stairs. I'm very pleased with the new mattress and box spring, and I'm sleeping so much better now. I would definitely order from them again. We saved a lot of money, and the quality is superb.     I am vey impressed with US-Mattress customer service, and overall. There was a slight problem with my order and they went above and beyond to fix it immediately. And I got an awesome deal on a mattress!!!

    This was one of the easiest major (to me it was major)purchases I have ever made!! And the price was affordable. When I ordered my mattress they said it would be delivered within 2 weeks, and it was. When they called with the delivery date of 2 May... between 9am and 1pm, they were right on the nose! The delivery team of 2 arrived on 2 May around 10:15am, they brought the new mattress up stairs to the bedroom, set it up and took the old mattress out and put it on the side of the street. They were efficient, courteous and totally professional. Last night was one of the best nights sleep we've had in a while! Thank you, US Mattress!! I'm telling all my friends that when they need a new mattress, got to US-Mattress. Read more Less
