    The item we bought did not come with instructions. When we called they told us to go on line and download the instructions from their website. The download was for a different model and the instructions did not help us with our problem. I felt that t...he item that they sent us had been been returned by someone else by the way it was packaged and the missing instructions. I am planning on buying another of the same item and I plan to buy it elsewhere. Read more Less

    We ordered on May 8th and was delivered on May 21. This is a great comfortable mattress for a low price. Delivery was accomplished as stated and we received a call a day before delivery telling us the time delivered and they also called 1/2 before.... Great service, great price and also hulled away my old mattress at no charge. Read more Less

    I checked out the comfort of this mattress at a local retail store. Then I purchased it on line. From order date to delivery was 13 days and there was no shipping charge and took away my old mattress at no cost. The delivery agent called me a day ...before as to the window of times 11-3PM and also called 30 minutes before they arrived. Best deal and service in anywhere. Read more Less

    Shopping was goodPrice was excellentSmall issue with my email address, a quick call to Customer Service had me realizing I was dealing with a company that cares about their customers over and above the norm.Shipping company was courteous and helpful ...out of the gate, delivery personnel were friendly respectful of my home and made the experience enjoyable with small talk etc...Overall an outstanding deal.
