    I live in town so was able to order it that afternoon and go pick it up that evening. They really worked with me! And the price was great.     I ordered Win7 Pro OEM 64 bit branded software. I used an official download from Digital River of win7 Pro and used the key to validate. The OEM package did include software but I chose to use an unbranded copy so as to avoid a possible Dell splash s...creen on start up. Also as a side note this key would probably valid the 32 Bit version according to my research. Microsoft has made the understanding of their software very compliated and the pricing structure varies considerable from version to version. OEM vs. Retail vs. Branded OEM vs. promotional vs and it goes on!! Also microsoft is very vague on what is legal and not legal and the story continues to change. Thanks Software Supply Group.     Good value but kludgy execution of the download as it was not fast, intuitive nor easy -- had to write several times to find out when and where to obtain the download.
