    We were thrilled that after searching our entire town and then a few places online, we were finally able to find a Furby! It was the only thing our 9 year old daughter asked Santa for and we had already spent 4 months looking for one to get here on... time. It was here by Yuletide Eve, but just barely!     At first I was nervous working with an unfamiliar company to purchase an almost $400 product. The reviews were great. I gave it a try...glad I did! First, they had a product in stock that some of the largest retailers were out of stock in. Second, th...ey were cheaper!! Third, the delivery was sooner than suggested.     I had been looking everywhere for this Skylander and was told by my local stores that it will come in before Christmas. As of Jan 15, 2012, it still is not in stock at my local stores. I begin looking elsewhere on my computer and I found AceBeach.com.... I placed my order on Friday Jan 11, 2012 and on Monday Jan 14, 2012, my product was delivered to my home. Everything was very easy, no hassles and no problems. I received a tracking number immediately and I was able to follow my item all the way to my house. Very Fast shipping, well packaged.     could not have been happier with the entire process. we live in canada and still had the merchandise with-in two weeks. this was a small order and we were treated like we purchased their entire stock.

    My purchase was a birthday present for my best friend's son, Jake, and delivery was time sensitive. USPS expedited delivery took 9 business days just to get to Canada customs. It still has not been delivered...Jake's birthday is today. I could have d...riven to Los Angeles, picked up the gift, and driven back to Canada faster! Now I know why USPS loses so much money every year. Poor service will diminish the cusomer base faster than anything else. Ace Beach itself was wonderful. I would highly recommend them. However, I will NOT have anything shipped by USPS ever again. Read more Less
