    Ease of ordering, good product photo/description. The only thing I wasn't happy with is having been charged over $8 for UPS shipping, only to have it eventually arrive via USPS. I know UPS/FedEx do some sort of tandem shipping thing with USPS, but ...it's not fair to charge for UPS if part of the work is done by the US Mail! Still, everything else about the product is good.     Very please with prompt, efficient handling of my order. The package that I received had, obviously received well above average care in packing to protect contents from damage during handling and delivery.     Easy transaction. The delivery was delayed a bit but that was due to a blizzard that I don't think they had any control over. They answered an email with a question I had quickly. I would buy from them again.

    I purchased an item from this company. It was damaged when delivered. Ancient Mariner refuses to take this item back without charging me a 10 % restocking fee and I have to pay shipping and handling. this is totaly unacceptable to me. They insured th...e shipment.     I ordered an item on Dec. 12th. The order status page didn't indicate anything out of the ordinary. Sixteen days later, no item, no response to my email inquiry. I cancelled via email, and again, no confirmation provided - I had to go to the web page... to see if it had been cancelled. Would not recommend. Read more Less
