    All the items we ordered arrived more quickly than expected. The look and quality are even better than the photos on the website. The Customer Service reps I spoke with were patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase from them again.

    From the reviews we read on your site I am positive that you have great merchandise. However, this chair we spent almost $400 on is terrible. It arrived damaged and dirty. The customer service was very prompt in replacing the damaged footrest but the... chair is nothing like the picture. The footrest is too short and very uncomfortable. If we could return it we would but our physical limitations prevent that from happening so we will eat this money. The chair clunks when you lean back in the reclining position and the lever to recline is so tight and close to the cushion it is very difficult to operate. We blieve this is a lemon and as we all know they do exist now and then and unfortunately we were the ones stuck with it. All we suggest is that you consider this review if you plan on purchasing this reclining office chair. If you are 5 feet it will fit you just perfectly. Otherwise you should not even consider it.     My Exc office chair with vibrator arrived yesterday, 1-3-13, we put it together right away, charged the vibrator overnight and I am sitting in it right now. The timer on the vibrator just finished its first time use. I am going to love it. I have... Osteoporosis and have had several fractures. I expect this to be a great comfort. I would recommend Modernoffice to others. Read more Less
