Simply too good to be true

I went online to get my wife a birthday present and I found what I wanted at simply good stuff. I noticed that when I paid for my purchase with paypal there was no padlock at the top of the page. I proceeded anyway and finished the order. About a wee...k when by and I finally got an email confirming my order and a note saying that the item was on back order. Their excuse was that since they have a small number of items it is harder to keep their 150 or so items in stock. Really? Keeping Amazon fully stocked is hard, but it would certainly seem easier to keep a little store like this up to date. The time they said the purchases would arrivied had long come and gone I sent them another email and was told that the order would come to them soon. A month after the order was placed I call them and cancelled the order asking for a refund. A week later I finally got confirmation of the refund. My tip, go somewhere else.
